  • I feel like this place has really improved. I never expected to be a fan of JCPenneys but they do a lot of coupons to keep you coming back and the overall appearance of the store has improved. They have a lot of options for juniors/young adults/womens and my husband always finds nice dress shirts in the men's department. Keep up the good work!
