Lately I've been making an effort to visit the current food trucks popping up. One friday afternoon I was out of work early and caught busters before they closed up shop at 3pm. I rolled up around 230pm and most of the menu was crossed out. To my advantage they still had some fish tacos.
Now I've read the other reviews prior to posting this, and ill have to agree, the fish is battered pretty heavily and the taco shells fall apart, but the latter is not because of the heat, they put the salsa and cabbage underneath the meat! Who thought this was the right way to build a taco? I mean, if you want to do that, add a second shell (which is quite normal at most taqueria's south of canada). However, buster had all the ingredients right for making tacos. I hope they continue it.
For the record, the mission district in sf is know for it's burritos, not tacos.
