OMG Talk about sad, pathetic excuse for employees and the entire customer service team. The manager, I guess was the woman who's washroom is located by the restrooms didn't even acknowledge me!
I wanted to buy a toilet which was on special. The first associate I talked to was walking around that aisle. He told me it's no my job. I don't know what to do. I told him I just need to find out who to talk to about the install. He directed me to the guy in plumbing. The guy in plumbing told me it's not his department. Talk to the associates in appliances... one person was working in that area. He had customers all impatiently waiting all around him. I was in the store and called customer service. They paged for someone over the intercom... you could hardly hear the page. So, after 15 minutes I called back. They hung up on me. I went to the customer service desk. Everyone was busy... talking to their friends... other associates.
So, I wanted to show the manager what circus is being performed at her store. SHE was talking to a few associates too. OMG NOBODY CARES HERE!!! SAD. No wonder why computers are taking place of so many people. They are totally in their own world these people... NOBODY would page someone or take you to them.
