  • It's not even the quality of cleaning - it's their pricing structure. They charge me $125 to clean a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 2 story condo and $120 to clean my 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, 1 story condo. Then at my business house they charge $120 to clean the top floor only!!! And, despite all the business I bring them, they charge me $170 for each first clean no matter how big the place is. I am now with a company called Maid4Condos who charged $90 for the first clean (3 hours) and $60 for each clean from now on and the QUALITY IS THE SAME IF NOT BETTER. Look around for a better price - you'll find it quickly!
