I will try to keep this short. I bought three beds, one king and two queens. They were purchased and paid for in full prior to Labor Day weekend. I knew the king was back ordered to mid September. To avoid taking multiple days off and paying multiple shipping/delivery fees I asked that all of the beds be delivered at the same time. It's now mid November I still don't have any beds and they have promised delivery on three to four different occasions. After I agree to a date and time I find out that in each of the instances they change my delivery dates again and again and never bother to tell me. Fortunately, I check before taking the time off work. I am currently looking for other beds at other furniture stores and if Ashley doesn't get their act together I'll be cancelling my order. To be fair they did give me an extra $200 off after the first delay but there has been 2-3 further delays and multiple explanations as to why there is a delay. I suggest going somewhere else.
