They definitely came through with what I figured (and other have said) would happen. Replacing anything that isn't in perfect condition and over charging for it. Using up all the security deposit then adding on a few hundred dollars when a home rented has normal wear and tear. I am a person who keeps a neat and clean home, there was zero major damage. Nothing that couldn't be fixed by a decent handyman. Instead of cleaning, they replace. DON'T RENT FROM THEM. I was warned by a few people in the area who had CAH as property managers to look into other property managers and I didn't listen.
