  • Sweet lord order the pig wings now......(did you do it yet?) .... you get a pound of pig knuckles (like little ribs) with a little bark on the outside and crazy tender on the inside, saturated with an amazing homemade spicy pineapple BBQ sauce. You'll want this sauce on everything! We were lucky enough to have sat down next to one of the chefs at the bar, a super nice gentleman who suggested what I should order and I did not fail to take his advice. I got the PBJ and Bacon Burger which the menu said "will freak your mouth out with a ridiculously delicious flavor combination"........ the menu was right! Bacon, grape jelly, sriracha sauce and this amazing homemade peanut butter somehow combine to form a flavor nirvana. I paired this with their sweet potato tater tots which were dusted in some kind of brown sugar love. Yummers! At this point if your hangover is not fully cured, you have to try the toasted s'more milkshake made with dutch chocolate and toasted almond vodka. Next time I'm going to try the spa treated clams and the Jamaican Corn.
