I always go to this Barnes and Noble for my novels which I have to read for classes and never have a problem with finding a good book or encountering bad staff. I went yesterday and was looking for a certain book which wasn't in the category of aisles that it should have been in by the author. I had asked a member of the staff to direct me to where the book was located and she rolled her eyes and didn't say a word. She directed me to the book and before I could thank her she already walked off. I could understand that she rolled her eyes because the book was in the center aisle as one of the featured books, but having the knowledge of the books being placed in the aisles in alphabetical order by author gave me the assumption that it wouldn't be there. I don't believe this is a good reflection on their store in terms of service and I'm not so sure I would want to go back and ask for help anytime soon.
