  • Update: less than a month ago I took my vehicle in for the third time, second time for the same noise under the hood. It again stayed for 2 days and had to have a part replaced. Now, less than a month later, the noise is back which means taking it in for a 4th time in 4 months of owning the vehicle. I contacted the dealership and spoke with a sales manager who said a service manager would contact me, apparently he didn't mean anytime soon. I figured that someone would call the same day to help get this figured out, but no. At this point I really wish I hadn't done business with this dealership
