I have mixed reviews of this clinic.
(Pros) It's close to my apartment, open 7 days a week and accepts walk-ins, not appointments so it's great for unexpected emergencies. Dr Snead is fantastic. His dog handling skills and demeanor are excellent, I've been impressed with his surgical skills and he seems to genuinely care for our dogs. Even better -- he listens!
(Cons) The boarding services were too small for our large breed dogs made worst when they didn't give us one kennel per dog as we requested, all services from weighing in to giving shoots is done back of house where owners aren't allowed making it tough for folks who are use to more user-friendly vets who work with owners to care for their pets and Dr Helsendolph, she's very nice, but frustrating to work with because she doesn't seem to listen and talks over you when you're trying to explain things to her. And yes, there's a tendency for the clinic to 'upsell' and be very liberal with recommending/requiring vaccinations.
Good clinic if you're in a pinch, be wary of being sold services you don't need and work with Dr Snead if you get a chance.
