  • Woke up at 6 on a Sunday morning, house was 61 degrees inside and vents were blowing cold, called DDM around 6:30 and got an actual nice human being. Jeff, the technician was here by 9 as promised and 10:30 all fixed. Did you notice I said Sunday morning? Wow, how would I not appreciate this business? I'm warm. Thanks!
