  • I was pretty nervous about staying here after reading the reviews but from the second I walked in, I loved our stay! My husband and I were in downtown for a comedy show and some dinner, we decided to stay and make a night of it. The rooms are small and old, but they are clean and well kept up. The bathrooms are small and if you are short, you can't see yourself in the mirror. I had to get ready at the desk. Shower was clean, the shower head was small and close to the wall, it wouldn't adjust which made for an interesting shower, but it was fine. We had an awesome view of the city, facing the Hilton, that helped make the small room seem bigger. Our bed was comfortable and we slept awesome, they could have added a few more pillows. 2 people, king size bed, 3 pillows? Interesting. The walls our thin but we didn't hear any other guests. One complaint about noise would be the lady vacuuming the hall at 9am.. that could have been done later in the day. We stayed on the 3rd floor, ice machine and vending there, as well as the pool access. We will be staying again!
