Prior to our lawn being installed we met with the Bruce company and our builder. Veridian has temporary storm water drainage walls in the undeveloped area of our neighborhood. Since we have moved in they have failed to prevent the storm water from running down the entire neighborhood into the new phase of 4 homes. We informed both companies of this prior to them finishing our lawn. We suggested they put up a temporary rock wall like they do everywhere else to prevent the storm water flow. Once they develop the row of houses behind us this problem will be taken care of. But since a road isn't in place with drainage several acres of storm water is flowing through my yard. We will never be able to keep our lawn in tact. It all washed out. I told them this would happen as every rainfall since March this has occurred and they ignored me. This should not be a new home owners responsibility to manage a developers water flow problems.
