  • I have only been here twice for the Sunday jazz brunch. After today's visit, it instantly reminded me why I haven't returned since last year. The service! I can't believe I actually was dining in a restaurant at the Wynn. Why? Because the service was so horrible and quite irritating. It was probably the most terrible experience that I have ever encountered from a restaurant on the strip. After a year later to come back and try it again, the service was still horrible. We sat down for at least 15 minutes before the waitress decided to take our drink orders after she passed by our table four times. She saw us sitting down too. She was somewhat rude and rough as she switched our plates and such as well. Thank goodness our busboy Jorge was great and pleasant to make our brunch a bit better. The food. Meh. I'm highly disappointed on their updated brunch menu. I enjoyed the pulled pork Benedict, porkloin and shrimp and grits from the brunch menu last year. Unfortunately, they took all of those out. Nothing was memorable today from either buffet tables or the menu. The only reason I didn't give one star was for the view and the jazz music. Will not return anytime soon.
