Hey, if you have a big sign requesting to order online, maybe you should have the app working. It's busy today at the mall and I have to get to work. Tried to order ahead with my family only to get the entire order denied because the app isn't working. Now I have to wait in a long line AFTER we took the time to look through the app to order. To boot--employees don't even care to try to fix the app or tell a member of leadership. Thanks for wasting my time. This is the most inconsistent N&C I've ever encountered.
