Always low staffed came in for a "scheduled test drive" and with only one staff member available got no acknowledgement when I came in. So I finally had to approach the rep 15 minutes after I had arrived, who's trying to sell who was my thought? The rep went to the back and returned to say they can't take me because there is only one driver and it was past my time I tired to explain that I had been there waiting but the rep stated I would have to reschedule buuut "we can go over leasing options" to say the least it was a terrible experience. Why would I go over pricing if haven't even test drove?! I'm a fan of the company and the product but when it's all said and done customer service plays a big role for me in regards to such a large purchase. I need to think hard on if I should go the Tesla route or go with a company that's going to take care of me and follow through with commitments.
