  • We stopped in to ask about a promotion and Tyler M. Was very helpful. We had to wait for the tax refund to come in before we could take advantage of the promotion. Valentine's Day was the day we could go in and it was the last day of the promotion. Tyler M. Said he's wait for us, but traffic and the rain didn't allow for us to get there in time so Tyler M. Made sure Jon knew we were on the way. Jon took excellent care of us and explained everything thoroughly to us. We were porting a number from Sprint and we know we made the right decision to bring another number to Verizon by the superior customer service we received. Thank You!
