  • In April 2012, my friends and I visited the South location for the first time during our trip to Las Vegas from Los Angeles. We all had a great experience, the staff was friendly, funny and accommodating. However, due to the South being booked on another trip to Vegas in November 2012, I had to book an apt for a facial and ears/nose/brows wax at the North location. As soon I stepped in, the North was totally different from the South Location. The front receptionist was not very inviting, the facility looked more like an older women's salon rather than a place guys can come and feel comfortable. The lady who took care of me seemed very disgruntle, unpersonable and the conversation was more of a formality rather than being genuine. In matter of fact, she just complained about her personal relationship with her ex. Yeah, thanks I came in to hear you complain. The wax jobs were horrible, wax left in my ears and nose and I spent 30mins on the way back to the hotel digging out the excess wax. The manner in which she removed the wax was also painful, unlike my previous experience at the South, which was nearly painless. When I was asked to step into the closet, which doubled as the treatment room, the counter tops were dirty with spilled wax and other bottled liquds, the table sheets were full of clipped hair from who know which part of someone body and stained with hopefully spilled wax and not some other fluids (see the photo I uploaded). The lady who placed me into the room looked directly down at the table sheets, paused for a minute and then asked me to lay down on that filth without making an effort to clean or change the sheet. In addition, the facial job I received was mediocre at best. I walked out feeling, I had wasted my time and money-Actually I did waste both. Never again. How can the same company in two different locations in the same City be run so differently?
