  • If I could give them zero stars I would. The office staff are the most unprofessional people I have ever dealt with, beginning with Joyce to their agent Steve. Their customer service is a joke. If you need your A/C repaired in the middle of summer, don't expect them to care or work hard for you. I would think twice about renting a home through this company. It has been a nightmare from beginning to end. Seriously, do yourself a huge favor and do not rent from this company. I am so happy to be giving them my 30 day notice now.
