  • I've been dealing with a sore throat for 3 weeks now, and thought it to be wise to have it checked. I arrived 10 minutes after the clinic opened and found that there were about 5 other people there. It was my first time at any UMC clinic, so I made my way to the check-in and was kindly greeted by the staff. I waited no more than 10 minutes after signing in, and got to see the doctor in less than 5 minutes after having my vitals taken. The doctor was also very friendly, efficient, professional, and personable. This is how patients should be treated at every doctors office! I wish I could give them 10 stars! The entire staff of receptionists, nurses, and doctors here are as caring as they are competent.
