  • If you don't care about printing quality or consistency, this place is for you. If you value your brand, by all means, look elsewhere. Customer service is too little, too late- especially when they contact you A YEAR LATER (?!?) over botched work. Their initial customer service was basically, "You're wrong, we're right. We're done with you." Don't fall for the glossy showroom. NOW they claim they're trying to fix things. (??) What a joke. No thanks. Buyer beware and DO NOT believe the hype. (Recently, they had the nerve to try to get me to delete a negative review I had posted elsewhere. Their arrogance and unprofessionalism is stunning. I told them to stop calling me.)
