  • (Updated review)- I've been worked out with Jake almost a year since I joined the semi-private group. I have to say I feel really lucky to have him as my trainer. I was total new on weight lifting and workout area. He corrected my forms on day one, make sure I won't hurt myself, and push me on different levels gradually. Now I totally fall in love on workout and enjoy the changes on my body. I feel leaner, stronger, and with more energy ( yes I even love the soreness on the second day):) Trained by Jake, I truly love and feel his passion being a personal trainer. He is really knowledgeable on all the movements and knowing which exercises are beneficial to his clients. Most important, Jake has positive attitude on his job and his clients. He believes in his clients can be better & try to help as possible he can. I strongly recommend Jake as personal trainer. All other trainers in UGF are super nice and willing to help too.
