They are getting one star only because zero stars is not an option. In September they asked me to provide proof of my insurance. I promptly did this and I was told everything was fine. Then they took $500 out of my checking account to pay for "missing insurance" I have spent over two hours on the phone trying to get my money back. Each time they say, "a check is on its way" It has been almost a month and I still don't have my money back.
Truly dishonest and awful company.
