| - I was pretty disappointed by my experience today.
First of all, Eric, completely disregarded my online check in. I checked in online at 11:40 am today for a haircut, and when I got there, he let someone behind me in the waiting list go first. I didn't actually sit for my haircut until 12:30. What's the point of having online check in if it is not actually used? It is deceptive to say you will check in and not actually check you in.
Then, some old lady pulled the fire alarm, and management declined to returned two calls from the local staff, so the people running this great clips are unresponsive and disinterested in having a franchise that meets its customers needs.
Lastly, the haircut is only okay. He kept asking me along the way how much here and how much there. I don't know, that's your job, you are the haircut professional. Aren't you? It's good to make sure you are on the same page with the customer, but you should have at least some confidence in your ability to not ask questions left and right.
Go somewhere else, you will not get a good haircut, and you won't get it in a reasonable time frame.
