  • Bed shopping is a big job. Levin didn't quite seem up to the challenge. The staff member I worked with was friendly and eager, but not necessarily as knowledgeable as some of the other team members may have been. It was more then a little frustrating. I choose my bed in about 15 mins from their wide selection. After choosing the mattress it was about choosing the proper components that will fit it in the bed frame and room. This is where things went wrong. The saleswoman was very eager to sell me more or just to make the sale... to close. She overlooked and waved off explanations about my current bed frame and the bedroom set and situation I have at home. I wasn't convinced that they bed she was selling me would fit but she waved off the information, telling me not to worry. So we did the paper work and I thought I was done. Due to some mistake on her paper work I had to stop back in to resign stuff t, wice. Then the day of the bed delivery came. And as I originally thought, it did not fit my bedroom set! So, my time was wasted and I had to have it taken back. I had to go back up there, again, to reorder the correct bed and do a bunch more paper work. Once again the paperwork was a disaster when I got there and I was waiting for a long time. Even though they now knew what I needed to order. My free time is limited and very precious to me and it was very frustrating sitting there while she tried to rework the paperwork and figure things out. She didn't not seem to know what she was doing. After I while I just left. I will be getting this bed from somewhere else. The encounter at Levin was a hassle and took WAY more time and energy then it should have needed to. SOme of the issues would never have happened if the saleswomen was a professional, knew her business, asked the right questions, and most importantly LISTENED TO THE CUSTOMER. On a positive note: Kate and Heather in the office were sweet, professional and extremely helpful. I may give Levin another chance in the future. I would just be extremely certain the salesperson I work with knows their business better next time.
