  • I would not recommend this company to anyone. Their customer service is terrible. When they arrived we advised them that the water heater had to be in the attic as it was not located in the garage like most homes. We shared that the home was a new home for us and the tankless water heater for our casita was in the attic. They told us there is no way its in the attic and they dont get paid enough to go up there and work on it or check it. They were sent to us by our home warranty company.
