rev:text	My car died. I had to have it towed here to fix it. While speaking to Jesus over the phone, he informed me that they would have to run diagnostics on my vehicle. He quoted the diagnostics at $89 per hour plus tax & that it would take 3 to 4 hours??? I told him not to touch it for that much. I went down there after work & didn't appreciate the way they were talking to me like I was stupid. While waiting for them to move my car I made a comment to another employee about 3 to 4 hours for diagnostics to be a bit extreme. He laughed and asked who told me that. He proceeds to tell me (without looking at anything) that my motor probably seized and that's over $4000 so it wasn't worth messing with. I felt as if I was treated like a joke. They finally pushed my car straight out of the bay with little care hitting the curb and only 4 inches from another vehicle. So now one of the tires that hit the curb is flat. They made an already horrible situation a thousand times worse.
