  • After traveling with family for our vacation, the need to down something stronger than water was extremely strong, so a cousin and I started bar hopping one night. We started at The Black Bull. When we walked up to the patio door, we made eye contact with a waiter who was leaning against the bar door, but he was so engrossed in his conversation that he couldn't take a few seconds to smile or even motion that we could seat ourselves on the patio. When we finally did, the waitress took her time coming to get our order. What blows my mind was that AS I WAS TELLING HER MY DRINK ORDER, SHE TURNS TO STARE AT SOME OTHER CUSTOMERS AND COMPLETELY IGNORES ME. I had to repeat my order THREE times. Seriously, how difficult can a jack and coke be? The drinks came out very slow which I didn't understand. My cousin's long island was very weak and watered down as was my drink. We tried to get the waiters' attention to order more drinks, but I guess they had better things to do than their jobs. After 2 failed attempts, we just asked for the check. The patio was nice since the weather was great, but: BAD SERVICE + WEAK DRINKS = NEVER AGAIN
