rev:text	Because my car overheated on an obscure road in the mountains outside of Flagstaff, Arizona on a Sunday night, and I didn't even know what town I was closest to when it happened, it took a while for my insurance company dispatcher to obtain a precise location on me. It also took two plus hours for the only driver who was willing to make the trip to reach me from his starting point - a location more than two hours away. The driver was TERRIFIC. He understood how terrifying it was to get stuck in the middle of nowhere and he immediately made me feel safe and secure. He drove me and my car to the hotel I had booked in Phoenix, took a look at my car after we got to my hotel, gave me his best guess of why the car had overheated (which turned out to be 100% accurate), and gave me the name of a great auto repair shop near my hotel who also took great care of me. If you have to get stuck on an obscure road on a Sunday night, just pray that you are rescued by the driver, who towed me.
