  • They tried to pull the same extra cleaning scam that others have complained about. No such thing that's why insurance doesn't pay, so they want cash, and of course they can do it right then. Every month they send a new bill for something else they added after the fact. They even tried calling me at home to pull the same extra cleaning scam,
