  • Usually when someone offers their card to me, I accept and file it. Not this time and boy am I glad. Meghan gave mess her car and told me about this place. Since I needed a new spot, and one that isn't a chain, I took her up. First this is one of the only barber shops that has a mani/pedi spot in it and it seems to fit! A small (3 chairs) but comfortable shop this is. Makes one feel they are in an old, traditional barber shop, not one of those loud, noisy chains. So far...excellent! Meghan remembered me and was glad I took up her offer to give a try. Now I have to admit my styling is simple. Graying hair with a bald spot! Not much to work with. But at the skilled hands of Meghan, got a PERFECT cut! Yeah, it wasn't hard, but trust me, it has been messed up before! Meghan had a great personality and later met the owner Cate and she too is awesome. So, don't let the location fool you, this is a gem. Highly recommend The Black Comb for your grooming needs! Oh I forgot! A hot neck shave! FANTASTIC!!
