I've been going to European wax center for about 3 years. I started off at the Summerlin location and then moved to henderson 2 years ago. The main thing that attracted me to European wax center was the idea of being able to make an appointment and not having to wait around. I also loved the fact that I could see the same waxer every time I went in. However, things have changed. The turnover rate is extremely high and every time you get to know a waxer, they're gone by the time you go back. Most of the waxers are amazing but the owner is incompetent. She's firing amazing workers simply because they're not selling enough of the products. I'm not interested in buying any products from there; I go there simply for the waxing. For the whole 3 years I bought the wax pass and it was nice not having to pay every time. I don't mind paying as long as things are CONSISTENT! The inconsistency is extremely annoying. The owner needs to do a better job. She needs to set her priorities straight. My wax pass just expired and I do not plan on buying another one. I don't think I'll be going back. The african american receptionist at the front desk is extremely rude(I can't remember her name).One time I called to make an appointment and she messed up the day. I went in later on that day and she said I didn't have an appointment. She said it in a very condescending manner and never even bothered to show any empathy. But then again, it seems like she learned from her boss. The owner needs to do better.
