  • I went to PDC for a long time. 8-10 years. Dr. Masters is excellent! That's why they get 2 stars. For the longest time, my hygienist was Maureen. I had a routine cleaning scheduled but had an emergency come up that day. I called in the morning and told the receptionist of my dilemma and she said to call in the afternoon to give them an update and they might still be able to take me. So I called a little before my appointment (I should have called sooner so my bad) and said I can't make it, I will pay out of pocket for the missed appointment and will reschedule. She asked me how far away I was and said hold on. She went and asked the hygienist and came back and told me to just come on in and they would take me. So I get there, and it's not Maureen, but another girl. She is not nice to me. At the end, she says in a snotty way, so do we need to schedule you for a later time next time? You can take a flying leap. YOU TOLD ME TO COME IN! And you're going to treat me bad? As you can guess, I'm now going somewhere else.
