  • Came in asked for the cheapest oil change. My boyfriend picked up my car and they charged him $70 and didn't explain why it was more then the original quote. I called to ask why and they associate hung up on me. When I called back and told him he was just talking to me on the phone and hung up he laughed. Still didn't explain why it was so much. I wrote a complaint on the jiffy lube website where I was sent an email that the manager was going to contact me in which I never heard anything again. They didn't even replace my previous sticker for my next oil change.
