  • This is also a 2 part review and I'm only giving them an extra star because the driver who picked up my mother and her friends was pleasant and punctual. (see picture attached) they had no trouble getting picked up from the airport to the Monte Carlo. On the way back, I called the night before, spoke to a very nice lady that gave me confirmation for mom and friends and told me the driver would be picking them up @ 8:30 am. for a flight that left at 11:15 am. The driver never showed up. They had to call back and the driver who ended up picking them up was irritated, and rude wanted to charge them $8 dollars even though all 3 of them had round trip vouchers and confirmation numbers. No, they spoke up and didn't pay him zip. glad they made it back home ok..
