  • There is a valid reason why Carsmetics gets 5 stars. I found this place on Yelp after my daughter, who had just moved to Charlotte, had damaged her 2007 Toyota Camry in a fender bender. She was shaken by the accident and concerned about how and when she could get the work done. Joel, the manager, was knowledgeable, helpful and extremely kind. The work was completed in a timely fashion and Joel even arranged a rental car for her! She told me that they took wonderful care of both her and the car. The car now looks terrific. We are very grateful to Joel and his team at Carsmetics and will definitely refer them to our friends and family.
