With this credit union, all is well until you experience a problem that is happening with them specifically. Last week I walked into the branch on E Tropicana to do a simple payment. The member services rep started the transaction then in the middle of authorizing panicked that she was doing the wrong amount and pulled my card instead of checking her information first and if it was for more than approved issuing a refund. So now, from Friday over the weekend, I am stuck waiting for this pending authorization to drop off because the member services agent didn't think it important to contact the Visa department asap instead of standing in front of me blubbering a 10 minute apology for her mistake. It was past 6pm she finally figured it out it was time to call the Visa department but by this time they were gone. Not the first time I've dealt with overall lack of professionalism and forethought from this entity. Their ATM's screw up and eat your money with no record of the deposit, they charge holds on your account until gas pump charges clear then blame the merchant, their "courtesy" e-check team screw up addresses and payments get lost in the mail, and their LAZY and incompetent team at the Mojave branch must never see supervision because they can't manage to post a check in a timely manner to save their own lives. I have had good service from very few member services people but overall this financial institution is the WORST in the business and their customers suffer from it.
