  • Quick, efficient and so honest. We have a Clay Roof. I received two bids!... this one was 1/4 the cost of the other. Yes, I realize the other company has to pay for big name advertising, trucks, etc. But really! When my roof was damaged in a storm two years ago, we used the other company which was very expensive - but the insurance company was paying. I was shocked at how much it was for the small amount of tiles which were replaced. This time, after my insurance rates went up, I decided not to claim it and started calling around. Vazkez roofing came right over, gave me a bid ... when I handed them a broken tile "to match the color"... he said to me - this roof only comes in one color! I did get a bid from the previous company I had used. They told me the bid was so high because they would have trouble matching the color of the roof and have to special order a minimum order along, with extra to replace the tiles they broke while walking on the roof. Live and learn. Use Vazkez... get the job done right and for the right price!
