  • I'm writing this after my second visit. I've had two technicians, the lady in the first station whom I loved but forgot her name and Eric, were both fantastic! I'll describe my most recent visit with Eric. He helped me choose my colors, I'm pretty indecisive. I was getting my dip powder changed out and a pedicure. He took off my dip before my pedicure so that it can soak off while I was getting my pedicure. Each technician is allowed to have a set of their own tools. He grabbed his supplies from the sterilizer and it was still in the bag sealed. He was gentle enough when cutting, filling, and using the pumice stone. When it came time to paint my toe nails, the brush was not great, so he grabbed one that he maintains from his station and used it. This was a huge thing for me because it showed he actually cared about doing an excellent job. Walking to get my nails done, one of my nails got messed up, he noticed while I didn't and fixed it. I originally didn't ask for a manicure, just nail change, but he asked if I'd like to get my cuticles done and let me know that it would be extra. The courtesy of letting me know was appreciated. He made sure to to tell me if the nail filing was burning to let him know so I don't get hurt. When it came to applying the dip powder, he not only just put them on, he actually filed/shape them so that it looks great before adding the gel top. My last technician did not do that or used gel as a finisher. He also knew how to put it on so it isn't so thick. I don't get my nails done often, so I didn't really have a go to person. I now will be seeing Eric on a regular basis.
