  • Stay away from this company. 5 days after many emails and attempts to call customer service. Still no answer. Vietnam vet 82 years old. Viet Cong were more accommodating than this outrageous company. Now on delivery status for system that was an open box. Barely could read open box on their site. Called to cancel order. Totally ignored . Do NOT NOT NOT pay them thru your bank!!!!!! Even tho they say it's a little cheaper. This is a scam company. Beware at all cost and check Lorex complaints on your browser. Many very unhappy people and Better Business Bureau compliants.
