Southwest Gas has terrible service. It is unfortunate that there isn't another alternative. So I set up services to get turned on at the new house on Friday but still need services on the old house. I tried to call numerous times to set up services over the phone but no one answered. The message said they were unable to answer the phone call due to high volume of calls. So the only option was for me to set it up online because I wanted to make sure we get services in the house so we can start moving stuff in. They called me at 9:30 on Friday to say they were at my front door. Of course I am not home because most people work all day. They never informed me on what time they were going to be there. And when I called to talk to a supervisor she was as rude as the person that went out to do my services. The next available time that they can turn on services is Tuesday. So today is Friday which mean I have to go without water or gas until Tuesday. Thank god my grandma is now staying with my mom because if she was still staying with me, this would of been a huge issue due to her medical issues.
THIS IS ACCEPTABLE FOR ANY BUSINESS. WE NEED TO HAVE ANOTHER ALTERNATIVE.
