  • I told myself that I should stop giving out so many 5 star reviews, but I can't help this one because I love the Plaza! The last time I was here was for the Calgary International Film Festival a couple weeks ago. For the first time, I noticed that there are no cup holders. I tweeted about it. They replied and offer to have one of the staff hold my cup for me next time! Now THAT is customer service!
