  • Things couldn't have gone better! I recommend Shane co to everyone who needs jewelry! This review is a bit late and I don't give reviews often but feel compelled to do this one. I started shopping for my fiancés ring in August. Only lightly educated from the net I went in a bit nervous. Sarah H was nothing short of amazing. She took over a hour with me going threw every setting they had in the place the first day. It took me over a month to choose a setting and diamond. She was patient, poised and professional. She helped settle my nerves and make a great choice. I worked with several of the sales team, popping in and out around my work schedule, they where all excellent! I completed my choice with Rocky, another total pro! He knows his business. Had a chance to get with Rocky before at a different jeweler. When I saw him here I was just thrilled. He closed it with me that day after a month of going back and forth on diamonds and settings. Rocky also helped with my financing. He took the time to talk me threw and got me the best deal. I proposed at the top of Pinnacle Peak and it went perfect!! Thank you everyone that helped. You guys are awesome!! Ask for Rocky or Sarah you will not be disappointed!
