My first time here and I told them that. Receptionist seemed annoyed with her job, but when you speak with her about something else, she was nice.
My friend comes here often to get a quick mani, and tells me how she used to ask the employees what colors are hot and trendy for the season and they always scoffed her off. So pick your own color and don't bother asking because either they are not up to date in their industry or they just don't care to offer their knowledge.
My manicurist was friendly and nice. He did a good job on my nails but looking over what was described as my service in the pamphlet that I paid for, *I never received the massage*.
Communication seems to be lacking here as I was told I was next, then the receptionist put another patron in front of me, essentially cutting me and put that person with *my* manicurist that was coming up for me as I was standing at the desk! She then gave me to the next manicurist available. This annoyed me to no end.
The manicurist I was now put with thought I was getting a gel manicure and prepped me for it, I had to specify that I didn't want gel and he had to take the issue up with the receptionist during the middle of the service.
I'm not sure if I'd come again.
