  • If you are thinking of going here, don't. Turn back now and run far away for the sake of your teeth and your sanity. I used to go to the QC office years ago and while it wasn't the best either, it was probably better than this office by a million! I can't specifically recall which days they aren't open but I think they're only open like 3 days a week because anytime I tried to make an appointment they would tell me there was no dentist in the office that day. I came in when I was about 4 months pregnant with a broken filling and my OB gave the okay for them to work on me but the woman who was there wanted nothing to do with even touching me. She was nice and I liked her but she refused to touch my tooth at all. I had to spend my whole pregnancy trying to eat on one side of my mouth and avoid that tooth... Finally, my son was born and shortly after I was able to make an appointment. They continuously called me to reschedule for numerous ridiculous reasons (which they did with every appointment I had after this as well) and it took like two months to finally get in and at this point I needed a root canal that I probably wouldn't have needed before. She ended up shaving too much off of one side of my crown and the hygienist said "I hope you don't get food stuck in there" and that was it. I had to come back for some fillings and this time I saw a man (I never saw the same dentist except that woman twice) and he was so cocky and aggressive with my teeth and would carelessly flick anything disposable into the garbage can regardless if he missed. I had a tooth with slight decay and he spent a good five minutes picking at it and making it worse... I had another tooth that required work done years before this and had difficulties with the specialist so I brought it up to the third dentist I saw at this office and he said that they would request approval with my insurance to work on that tooth. About a month later, the messed up crown from my root canal completely broke 90% of my tooth off and I was told I would need it pulled and to get a bridge put in. I was also told this at the same time that they told me that my insurance approved the work for my other tooth but since I was about to turn 21 and no longer have dental, they couldn't do the work on me any more. I am actually glad now that I have different insurance now and can finally go to an amazing dentist and try to save my teeth, because I would never want to step foot in this place again.
