Like watching a train wreck in slow motion. Took 30 days to repair my collision damage, in fairness close to a total loss. I ran out of rental car coverage and took them my sedan for an inspection. They did not apply or advise that there were coupons on their website that would have saved me 20 dollars and when I asked about it was told by the "manager" that he didn't know anything about it. Then the manager calls me at close to closing time that they would be unable to inspect my car as it wasn't passing emissions. It was saying it wasn't ready for inspection because I had recently replaced the battery. Finally, they had identified $818 in additional repairs to the water pump leak and "rusty rear brakes." They weren't required for inspection but recommended. I've driven the car and it's running and braking fine???. Finally, when I pointed out that the car was emissions exempt, they stickered my car, but did not refund the difference the emissions test and the sticker cost. Was told my vehicle in the body shop would be ready after 11, and the same "manager" was unable to print some paperwork and I I left without being able to pay. Body shop did beautiful work, the front counter and shop get three question marks! After almost 500 miles since inspection, no additional work has been performed, my "rusty" rear brakes and "leaky" water pump keep rolling along.
