  • So I work in the area and have been going there for several years. The food is hands down amazing in my opinion. Here's the problem I have, the service is terrible at lunch. I know they are packed and have never sat down to eat. Always call in and pick up. Over the last year or so my order has been screwed up several times. When I walk in I'm asked how many, I tell them pick up. Then it goes downhill from there. I stand in that crowded little room and I get ignored for the next 15 to 20 mins while I dance out of peoples way. After I called ahead at least 20 mins. giving them a total of 40 mins to prep the food. Then I started calling in at 11:30, no better.. Unfortunately, I dread going there now as it has happened at least 5 times to me.. So I dream of the food and sadly make another choice. Yes, I have talked to them about it. I think they are just overwhelmed at lunchtime.
