The check-up they made was good, by two knowledgeable techs they sent out. Then they give you a list of stuff you should do to prevent and fix. They gave me a quote if I decide to do it right now, and if I didn't do it, the price would be increased. I understand that's how some companies do business, but I myself hate this tactic since this wouldn't allow you enough time for another company to do a double check-up just in case.
But here's the thing I absolutely HATE the most. They have your number, and they won't stop calling you! I told them nicely at least 5 times (I'm not exaggerating here) to put me in the "Do Not Call List" but the calls keep coming back. Such a pain to deal with this.
