  • I had a similar experience as did Tommy C. Ridiculous parts markup. I needed a couple fuses replaced. $69 for the diagnostic and $85 for 35 Amp "fuses". $85 ??? Really?? These fuses cost about $2-4 each. This is a friendly company that rips you off. If you use them (or any company), scrutinize the bill and question any parts markup and simply refuse to pay anything that is ridiculous.
