  • I am not quite sure what all the hype is about. Yes they make ridiculous portions and serve food in giant cast iron skillets. They also seem to love cramming giant branches of rosemary in everything, just to add height to the plate. The food itself is average at that. I tried a breakfast scramble and a stuffed cheeseburger. Both lacked seasoning and really didn't stand out with me or my partner. Don't get me wrong, it is a fun experience to go with friends. Service is fun and usually pretty good. Drinks are poured strong and are as ridiculous as their plates of food. At the Hash House..bigger is better I guess.
